How to add a new Program Field

To add a new field to Programs, please do the following:
  1. Login in with administrative privileges.
  2. Go the the Web menu item - Supplier Programs>Programs>Maintenance>Program Fields
  3. There under the 'Actions' column, select 'Add'
  4. In the top row add:
    1. The Name of the Field
    2. Select the Category from the drop-down menu
    3. Select whether the Field will have Linked Files
    4. Select whether this column is visible to the stockholders
    5. Select whether it is an active Field (not retired)
    6. Use the Up and Down arrows to position the new field in the order it should appear in the admin and report sections.
  5. Your column should now appear in the admin view of programs and pending the 'Visible' option, it will now appear on stockholder reports.
