To
add a new field to Programs, please do the following:
- Login in with administrative privileges.
- Go the the Web menu item - Supplier
Programs>Programs>Maintenance>Program Fields
- There under the 'Actions' column, select 'Add'
- In the top row add:
- The Name of the Field
- Select the Category from the drop-down menu
- Select whether the Field will have Linked Files
- Select whether this column is visible to the stockholders
- Select whether it is an active Field (not retired)
- Use the Up
and Down
arrows to position the new field in the order it should appear in the admin and report sections.
- Your column should now appear in the admin view of programs and
pending the 'Visible' option, it will now appear on stockholder reports.
